Retain Healthcare have expanded our Reablement Support services into the Bath and North East Somerset area. We are seeking drivers to support customers within their own homes following a hospital discharge. Shifts are between 0700-1400 and 1600-2200 with paid travel time, increased rates of pay for customer contact time and mileage paid between visits.

No experience is required as we will provide you will a full training induction and shadow shifts, ensuring you are confident and knowledgeable along your transformation into a Reablement Support Worker. You will be supporting people in their own homes to maintain their independence and reablement them back into the community.

You will have to opportunity to work with the Management Team who are developing a new model of care and support. The Person - You will be qualified/competent to deliver a range of courses including:

You will have the experience and able to demonstrate skills in delivering quality training. It would be desirable that your experience includes supervisory/management skills in Health & Social Care.

There will be an expectation to travel to our other branches in Salisbury, Chippenham, Bristol, Yeovil as well as external organisations to deliver training therefore a full driving licence is required.

The successful candidate must hold a relevant Health & Social Care qualification minimum of level 3 be a competent user of IT including Microsoft Office applications / Powerpoint. Hold relevant training qualifications to deliver sessions. Minimum of PTLS,

Travel to various locations as required - including but not necessarily limited to - Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Avon and Wiltshire and applicants must hold a full clean driving licence.
