As an agency staff member do you pay weekly?

What are the hours? 

Retain healthcare offer flexible hours to suit you. This may typically be an early shift from 7am or 8am to 2pm or a late shift from 2pm to 8pm, We also offer waking nights and sleep-ins. 

Do I get mileage payments?

Yes depending on the customer / location

How much is the uniform?

Retain Healthcare offer your first uniform free of charge

Do I need a DBS check?

Yes all staff undergo an enhanced DBS prior to starting with us – unless you already have one on the online checking service.

How long is the interview?

Retain Healthcare ensure we offer a comprehensive face to face interview, this can take up to 1 hour to complete.

What training do you offer and how much will it cost me?

We offer all 15 Standards of the care certificate as well as many other courses, all training we provide is free for our staff however we also offer external training to other individuals and companies.
