Refer a friend
We value our candidates and will always reward you for connecting us with new referrals. Introduce us to a friend or colleague. If they are placed in a role with us, not only will they reap the benefit, you will too!
If your referral is successfully placed in a position with us and completes 100 hours, you will receive £150 for each Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Homecare Support Worker you refer or £300 for each nurse you refer.
Terms and conditions
- This offer is applicable to once they have completed 100 hours within their first 3 months.
- Referred candidates must not already be registered with Retain Healthcare.
- It is your responsibility to submit a claim which will be paid with your weekly pay. (subject to Tax and NI).
Because of data privacy laws we can no longer ask you to supply your friend's email address directly.
How does it work?
Ask your friend to contact us by phone or email and make sure they tell us who referred them on their application form. Simple!
