What do you enjoy about your job role?

I enjoy the varied and challenging role overseeing the growing business whilst ensuring our customers receive a high quality service. I take pride in ensuring our staff are well trained in what they do, to deliver the very best care and support. Its great to see our team develop and take advantage of career development pathways here at Retain.

I have been involved in the care industry for over 20 years and have brought in my recruitment and sales experience with me to support the growth and development of the business. Whilst enabling the delivery of outcome focused care for all of our customers.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy going to the gym, cycling and playing football regularly, as well as spending time with family entertaining 2 young children!

What do you enjoy about your job role?

I enjoy being able to go out and meet the customers ensuring  a detailed and person centred care and support plan. I enjoy being able to support all the staff. It is beneficial to be able to go out into the community and work alongside the staff and customers to ensure there package of care is working well for them and for them to feel confident coming to the office to report any concerns as well as give positive feedback on the carers and service.

I like to go away to different places and spend time with friends and family.

What do you enjoy about your job role?

Working with customers to maintain their independence and enabling people to stay in their own homes with our care and support. Being an advocate for good quality care and instilling a reablement ethos within the team. I also absolutely love ensuring our customers still get to do the things they love, whether that’s cooking, visiting garden centres or various clubs.

I enjoy travelling, visiting new countries, all kinds of water sports, cooking and socialising!

I love supporting the team in my role as Registered Manager, and keeping the team spirit going. Facing a new challenge every day is exciting and very rewarding.

I enjoy all aspects of Credit Control, from building customer relations, chasing debts, & improving cashflow It’s a great achievement, gives personal satisfaction & financial stability for the company as “Cash is King”. Also, a great team & company culture.

Shopping, Cooking, walking and quality family time.

Payroll Administrator.

What do you enjoy about your job role? 

My role is at the start of the week ensuring payroll for weekly staff is correct and sent out in time.  The end of the week ensuring invoicing to customers is correct both for Agency and Homecare.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Going to markets, cinema, day trips – jumping on a bus or train to explore other towns/cities.

As a Care Coordinator I enjoy everything about the role, I love helping people, developing their support plans and meeting new challenges every day. It keeps me on my toes.

I love taking my daughter to football on Saturday and spending time with family, friends and work colleagues.

I enjoy all aspects of my role, writing tenders, bids and developing person centered and outcome focused models of care and support. I also thrive on achieving a high quality service for both customers and commissioners.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching soaps, films and I love reading bedtime stories to my 2 children.

What do you enjoy about your job role?

I love meeting new people, going above and beyond expectations for the people we support. We might be the only person they see that day / Week which is why I like building strong relationships. Being empathetic, we support individuals with so many different needs from learning disabilities, mental health, dementia, enablement, elderly care and end of life. I enjoy all of it and get a great sense of satisfaction and fulfillment from supporting the customer to rebuild their independence.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy reading, gardening, motor racing particularly rallying. I have a Labrador called Polar which I enjoy walking through muddy fields. I love the theater and holidays in Devon with family and friends.

I enjoy working with my colleagues to develop and expand the range of services we provide to our customers.  The role is varied and is guaranteed to provide interest on a daily basis.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy walking, bird watching, playing with my dogs and reading.  Also, anything to do with British history I find fascinating, especially visiting historic sites.

What do you enjoy about your job role?

I enjoy working alongside care homes and LD homes as well as our Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers so that we are giving residents the very best care experience possible, as it could be me that needs care one day.

I enjoy anything football related especially watching my boy play for Reading Academy, and watching Liverpool. I am also a football Referee and and like walking my 19 year old Jack Russell Betty. I also enjoy listening to a wide range of music, watching films and any trash tv and spending time with my family and friends.

I love meeting new people and business development, Sales has been a passion of mine for many years. I am keen to test my skills into the social care sector and work in a meaningful sector.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy keeping fit and socialising with family and friends, one of my biggest passions is Ice Hockey - I spend a lot of time at Planet Ice with the Bristol Ice Hockey team.

I enjoy being a part of a knowledgeable, forward-thinking, and fun team.

In my role, I get to speak to many candidates with different background and work experiences, helping and supporting them through the recruitment process which I find very satisfying.

In my free time I like to focus on my mind, soul and body. I listen to mindfulness podcasts and practise yoga and meditation. I always find to binge-watch series on streaming platforms and go to the movies.

I enjoy ensuring our customers have a high quality service and that staff are well trained to deliver the very best care and support. I enjoy seeing the business grow and develop and creating new opportunities for staff.
