Emergency On Call Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable, customer focussed individual to answer and respond professionally to emergency requirements for a successful Healthcare agency based in the south west.

At Retain Healthcare we pride ourselves on offering a 24 hour, 7 day a week service to maintain deliver the highest standards of care for the people we support. This includes being able to request extra assistance at any time, cancel care requirements and ensuring we cover any sickness within our own staffing team before the shifts are due to begin.

We are looking for a Wiltshire based driver, experience within a Healthcare position is essential. You will provide an emergency on-call service for our Bristol and Chippenham offices every other weekend and to include an additional two or three nights per month for holiday cover.

For your weekend, you will begin at 5.00pm Friday and finish 8.30am Monday morning. You will be paid £103 for this time, should there be an emergency and you are required to go out to support the needs of one of our services, you will also be paid an hourly rate for this *to be discussed with management*.

Weekday evenings begin at 5.00pm and end at 8.30am, you will be offering on-call support to all services from our Chippenham, Bristol and Salisbury offices. You will receive £21.60 per evening covered.

Full training will be given from our Chippenham team, laptop and phone will be provided.
