What do you enjoy about your job role?

I have been working in training and staff development for over 20 years, it has its own challenges but these are outweighed by seeingi ndividuals achieve new skills and knowledge, which leads to raising standards within the sector. This ensures that individuals who are receiving support are being treated with respect and support at the highest possible standard. 

Holding both assessor and Internal Quality assurer qualifications for such a long time, I have seen staff who were once new into the sector, complete many levels of Diplomas and now even run their own company.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Spending time with my family and grandson, reading, cooking and entertaining, travel and going on cruises.
