What do you enjoy about your job role?

My job role allows me to enrich the lives of others with knowledge, confidence, and skill, and to make the learning experience as fun, diverse, and inclusive as possible, so that they, in turn, can go out and enrich other people's lives.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time I am an instructor with Cheltenham sea cadets, where I support and encourage young people to learn skills and confidence, teamwork, leadership, discipline and courage.
