Oh how times have changed... 

I used to love nothing more than interviewing over a cup of tea with candidates. Building a solid rapport and getting the best understanding of their wishes and motivatations face to face. 

Times have changed so much over my 16 years of recruitment but I'm really excited to be trying new ways, Retain are hosting our first Virtual Hiring Event using the new Indeed platform!
