Reablement Support Worker

Up to £10 per hour weekly pay, paid holidays, pension scheme
 

Job Description

We are seeking reablement support workers to support people to come home from hospital and help them to retain or regain their skills and confidence so they can learn to manage again and stay independent.
We are recruiting in The Cotswolds, to cover Bourton-on-the-water, Moreton-in-the-marsh, Stow-on-the-wold, Stanton, Burford, Cirencester, Chipping Campden and all surrounding villages!
As a Reablement Support Worker you will be covering community based shifts between 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm with paid travel time and mileage paid between your contact with our customers.

To be a successful Reablement Support Worker you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
  • Love working with people and enjoy giving back to your local community.
  • Kind, caring and compassionate nature.
  • Prior experience isn't necessary but experienced carers are very welcome. Full training is provided however NVQs and Diplomas are always beneficial.

    There are 2 to 3 month full timeblock bookings available.

    Pay rates are £12 to £22 per hour (with holiday pay accrued separately)
