Are you an experienced Support Worker looking to for a new opportunity in Devizes area?
A fantastic opportunity to promote independence for the wonderful people we offer Support with Learning Disabiites in their homes and in local support settings. You will have at least 6 months experience within healthcare and we are committed to developing your skills and training to reach your best potential.
Retain Healthcare are seeking for support workers in Devizes, Melksham and Avebury to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts - Days or Nights.

There are 2 to 3 month full timeblock bookings available.
DBS Rebate Reimbursement
Pay rates are £12 to £22 per hour (with holiday pay accrued separately)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide key support and care to clients within the designated service.
Offer personal care assistance to identified clients.
Play an active role in assessing and managing client risk in a calm and clear manner.
Manage client meetings and facilitate the involvement of Client Inclusion and Training representatives.
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures regarding medication management within the facility.
Assist in managing the referral process to achieve agreed occupancy levels within the service.
A satisfactory enhanced DBS and Adults Barred List check are required for this role, and job offers are subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant’s right to work in the UK.
