Community Support Worker - Malmesbury
We are seeking experienced Community Support Workers to assist and support people within their own homes within the Malmesbury area.
As with all of our staff Community Support Workers will need the qualities to deliver the highest standards of care for the people we support in the community in Malmesbury. Other areas could include Royal Wootton Bassett, Cricklade, Purton, Calne, Lyneham, Chippenham and local surrounding areas.
You will be providing the best possible support to people with personal care (washing/dressing). Assist with meal times, promoting independence where possible. Keep accurate daily records, following support plans and communicating with the people in charge. Promoting health and safety.

We at Retain Healthcare are looking for confident individuals to work in a complex care package in Chippenham.
This package has two shift patterns, 08:00-20:00 and 20:00-08:00. Please note that night shifts are waking nights.

You will be working alongside a team of experienced and dedicated staff who specialise in supporting young adults with an Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Eating Disorders. You will be supporting people with a therapeutic approach that enables them to live a fulfilling life.
This team will receive the very best training and development to ensure that they are skilled in supporting the people we support. We are looking for full time, part time and bank staff, days, nights and Sleep ins to deliver this service with a range of contracts to meet your individual employment needs.
Pay rates are £14.00 to £21 per hour (with holiday pay accrued separately)
