Reablement support worker
We are looking for people who want to play a key role in supporting vulnerable adults, and supporting the NHS with local hospital discharges.

As a reablement support worker you will be supporting the elderly within their own homes through promoting independence and supporting them with daily tasks, such as:
-Proving support with mobility through the use of manual handling equipment
-Assisting with personal care
-Medication administration
-Promoting independence through choice and helping them to live their best life in their own home
-Working alongside the team to ensure our clients are receiving the care they need
-Record keeping and ensuring all information is kept confidential
We are currently assisting local hospitals across Bristol or Bath with their hospital discharges, which involves providing reablement support packages to our clients helping them to adjust back into living in their own homes, and recovering from an illness or health issue.
No experience is required as full training is provided!
What you need to be an excellent carer:
-Compassionate and genuinely caring
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to make people feel comfortable
-Reliability is key in this role as the care we provide is to vulnerable adults, who need us to be on time!
-A person centered approach and putting your clients first!
Our Requirements:
-You will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle
-You will also need to be able to work these shifts patterns 7am-2pm or/and 4pm-10pm
