Registered Manager - Chippenham

A rare and exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to lead our fantastic Salisbury branch covering North Wiltshire and surrounding areas. The branch is well established having opened in 2010 and always had a good CQC rating. Retain Healthcare deliver a wide range of services from our Salisbury Branch, meaning that no two days are the same in this busy and vibrant team.

The primary responsibility of the Registered Manager is to lead and support the team to adhere to our policies and procedures. You will be good at building and maintaining relationships with customers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support the customer to achieve their outcomes. You will be a self-starter able to inspire the team to strive for quality and to achieve their goals. You will be supported in the day-to-day operations of the service by a team of Care Coordinators, Senior Carers, our in house training, recruitment and finance departments and by a highly skilled Senior Management Team.

As the Registered Manager you will be Registered with the CQC and be accountable for the compliance and outcomes of the CQC inspections, while maintaining high quality in line with the Retain strategy, policies and procedures on a day-to-day basis.

This role will include building relationships with local authorities, NHS Hospitals, social care and health community teams.

  • You will have your Diploma level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • You must have at least 3 years' experience in managing a similar service.

    • Following the outcome focused model, encourage customers to undertake personal care and tasks which they are capable of, recognising that their abilities may change, in some circumstances, on a day-to-day basis

    Retain Healthcare, Wiltshire are currently recruiting support workers to work within specialist residential service in Salisbury area for ongoing shifts. You will be working alongside one of the country's leading providers to support people with learning and physical disabilities.

    Pay rates are £11.50 to £17.25 per hour (with holiday pay accrued separately)
