SUPPORT WORKER / PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Experienced Support Worker needed for part time /Full time night shifts.
You will have a professional approach, promoting independent choices and providing continuity to this customer. You do not require previous experience, as requested by our customer, personality and the right ethos is more important. Full training is provided.
As a Personal Assistant (Support Worker) you must:
* Respect and maintain strict confidentiality
* Be open minded and have a flexible attitude
* Have an understanding of, and a commitment to, disability equality
* Take direction from your client and work in accordance with their wishes
* Have good verbal and written communication skills
* Know when to use your initiative and when to take a back seat
* Be reliable and punctual
* Be willing to provide all personal care
* Be willing to perform domestic tasks, e.g. ironing, cleaning, washing clothes.

We at Retain Healthcare are looking for confident individuals to work in a complex care package in Chippenham.
This package has two shift patterns, 08:00-20:00 and 20:00-08:00. Please note that night shifts are waking nights.

Retain Healthcare are developing a brand new service, and we are looking for the very best support workers in Wiltshire to work within a specialist supported living setting in Chippenham. You will be working alongside a team of experienced and dedicated staff who specialise in supporting young adults with an Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Eating Disorders. You will be supporting people with a therapeutic approach that enables them to live a fulfilling life.
This team will receive the very best training and development to ensure that they are skilled in supporting the people we support. We are looking for full time, part time and bank staff, days, nights and Sleep ins to deliver this service with a range of contracts to meet your individual employment needs.
Pay rates are £14.00 to £21 per hour (with holiday pay accrued separately)
