Registered Manager - BANES
Due to vast expansion of the services we offer throughout the South West, we are now searching for a Registered Manager to head up and further develop the services within the Bath/BANES area Retain Healthcare.
The primary responsibility of this appointment, is to be a leader who will maintain quality and high standards, development of business and maintaining existing relationships. To inspire the team to strive for quality and to achieve their personal and company goals.
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the Branch to ensure the smooth running of the team, maintaining its excellent reputation, seek new opportunities, ensuring that the community care and office coordinating team follow company policies as well as national and local guidance. Monitoring KPI's, quality of service and management. You will seek new opportunities, negotiate rates and fees and source suitable candidates using recruitment methods including social media, job boards and arranging and attending recruitment events.
You will support the office/remote working team of office coordinators and management team to main tain Quality within the services we provide. This will include daily team meetings and regular supervisions and appraisals.
As the newly appointed Manager, you will be Registered with the CQC and be accountable for the outcomes of the subsequent inspections, while maintaining high quality in line with the Retain strategy, policies and procedures on a day to day and longterm basis.
As a homecare provider offering temporary and permanent solutions to healthcare establishments both public and private, and individuals within their homes. This role will include building relationships with local authorities, social care and health community teams.

Office hours 8.30am to 5pm. Possibility of covering out of hours oncall in an emergency.

Retain Healthcare, Bristol are currently recruiting care assistants to work within specialist residential care homes and supported living services in Bath for ongoing shifts. You will be supporting adults of varying ability to live a normal life.
