Registered Manager - Salisbury
Due to vast expansion of the services we offer in Wiltshire, we have a new position available for a Registered Manager to head up a professional and experienced team in our Salisbury Branch of Retain Healthcare.
Based in a spacious office with parking available for you we have put together a generous package for the successful candidate.
The primary responsibility of the Registered Manager is to become a leader who will maintain quality and high standards, development of business and maintaining existing relationships. To inspire the team to strive for quality and to achieve their personal and company goals.
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the Branch to ensure the smooth running of the team, maintaining its excellent reputation, seek new opportunities, ensuring that the community care and office coordinating team follow company policies as well as national and local guidance. Monitoring KPI's, quality of service and management. You will seek new opportunities, negotiate rates and fees and source suitable candidates using recruitment methods including social media, job boards and arranging and attending recruitment events.
You will support the office/remote working team of office coordinators and management team to Retain Quality within the services we provide. This will include daily team meetings and regular supervisions and appraisals.
As the Registered Manager you will be Registered with the CQC and be accountable for the outcomes of the CQC inspections, while maintaining high quality inline with the Retain strategy, policies and procedures on a day to day basis.
As a homecare provider offering temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to healthcare establishments both public and private, and individuals within their homes. This role will include building relationships with local authorities, social care and health community teams.

Office hours 8.30am to 5pm. Possibility of covering out of hours oncall in an emergency.

As a Care Worker for Retain Healthcare, the main purpose of the position is to provide care and support to all of customers, (both individuals and families assessed as being in need of assistance).
You will enable customers to maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.
