Job Description
Registered Nurse
Due to increased demand, at Retain Healthcare we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Nurses to build on our expanding and experienced team.
At Retain Healthcare our Nurses are invaluable to us delivering excellent quality and effective service to the Nursing homes within Bristol including westbury on trym, Keynsham, Winscombe and surrounding areas. As an agency nurse you will have the flexibility to choose the hours you want to work, we are currently offering full time or part time, and day or night shifts!
As an agency nurse you will be able to hit the ground running in the nursing homes we support and be able to lead a team of carers.

Requirements
-NMC registration
-A minimum of 6 months experience as a qualified RGN
-24/7 support from our on call co-ordinator

The role will involve working as part of our Nursing team to provide:- Personal care
- Administration of medication
- Accurate Record Keeping (Daily records, MARS sheets)
- Syringe Driver
- Peg Feeds
- Catheter care and catheterisation where required,
- Promotion of independence
- Follow policies and procedures
- Understand and follow the NMC Code of conduct
